We know planning a celebration and finding the right vendors can feel overwhelming at times. Q:   ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Absolutely! Safety is always our top priority! We are licensed with the state of Georgia and carry General Liability insurance with coverage up to $2 million. We can also add you or your venue as additionally insured.

Q:   WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

We completely understand the stress of what potential bad weather can bring to your party, and we want to keep you at ease as much as possible. You have up until 6:00AM the morning of your event to let us know if you want to move forward with your rental or if you want to cancel due to bad weather. If you choose to cancel, you’ll have up to a full calendar year to reschedule at no additional costs. You’ll just let us know whenever you’re ready and we’ll get you added back on our calendar.

Q:   DO YOU ALSO DO BALLOONS/DECORations?

We do not, but we’re not sad about it! We are exclusively bounce houses! We prefer to leave the design details to some of our favorite balloon stylists and designers, who can not only decorate our bounce houses beautifully, but who can also help decorate your entire party if you choose. Once booked, we send you a Welcome Guide with all of our preferred/vetted vendors to help make your event planning stress-free!

Q: is the delivery fee included in your rental?

The delivery fee is a separate fee. We work hard to deliver when you or your balloon stylist need us to to help make sure your event runs smoothly. We do 1-hour delivery windows.

Q:   is face paint allowed?

The best answer for us is NO…. but with some gray area! We prefer you do not use face paint with our bounce houses due to the possibility of staining/ruining them, however, we also understand how important face paint can be for your party, or maybe you booked them before us. To make sure everyone is good, we do ask that you let us know before hand that you’ll be having face paint, and you use the cleaning supplies we provide to get any face paint off of the bounce house as it gets on there to not stain. If we pick up and there’s stains, we will have to charge a deep cleaning fee and possibly more.
